The Normal Heights Community Planning Group meets monthly on the first Tuesday of each month, unless that day is a Federal or City holiday, at the Normal Heights Community Center, 4649 Hawley Blvd., San Diego, CA 92116, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the pandemic meetings are held via teleconference.
