Your Voice to the City
The Normal Heights Community Planning Group (NHCPG) is chartered by the City of San Diego to be the official community-elected group representing the Normal Heights planning area for land use policy and projects.
Our Area
The NHCPG represents Normal Heights — from El Cajon Boulevard to I-8, and from the 805 to the 15.
Be Heard
We carry the community’s concerns to the City Council. Have an issue you’d like discussed? Attend a meeting and let us know.
