How to Join
To join the meeting click the button at the top of this page or using this URL: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/6263904190
- If you join the meeting before the scheduled time you will be admitted into a “waiting room”. The Zoom Host will admit you from there when the meeting starts.
- All participants are muted when arriving to minimize disruptions. Be ready to unmute if you are called upon to speak.
- The meeting audio, video, and chat will be recorded for use by the Secretary and posting on the web.
- The “Chat” function is not monitored or controlled by the Chair and Chat activity will not necessarily be addressed by the Chair and will not be included in the Minutes of the meeting.
- For those who would rather call in with a telephone, Dial the number below and enter the Meeting ID followed by the pound/# key when prompted.

Signing In
Please use the virtual sign in sheet to register your attendance. This helps the group get an attendance count and your attendance may be submitted as an anonymous participant. Optionally, you may use the pass key feature to ensure you receive attendance credit for becoming a board candidate.
Speaking
For both non-agenda public comment and speaking on agenda items the rules are the same as being in the room but you will have to use some controls:
- Participants will be muted on entry and will need to “raise their hands” during the agenda item to be recognized by the Chair to speak.
- The Participants and Reaction buttons are at the bottom center of the Zoom video screen. Use these buttons to get a list of participants or to use the “Raise Hand” feature.
- Handouts and presentations need to be emailed to chair@normalheightscpg.org with your name, the item, and the information, comment, or attachment you want shared at the meeting.
The Zoom Application
- Downloading the Zoom application to your device provides the best results. You can register for free. If you are unable to download and run the Zoom application for this meeting, you can choose “Join from your web browser” when joining the meeting, which does not require downloading any plugins or software.
