Transportation Unfunded Needs Assessment

Items in the Normal Heights Community Planning Area extracted from a report provided by the City of San Diego Transportation Department in response to a California Public Records Act request in July 2023 for the Transportation Department’s current Unfunded Needs List, and compiled in new spreadsheets. Following the spreadsheet pages are a series of maps showing the approximate locations of identified unfunded needs.
